Effect Description:

While stored, these artifacts do not take up any character's artifact slots, even while the cabinet is unequipped, and they cannot be equipped. Each session there is a 1/8th chance that the artifacts are returned, from the cabinet, to the player. There is no other way to retrieve the artifacts from the cabinet. If the cabinet is lost, the artifacts remain inside the cabinet, but a progress quest point requirement to recover the cabinet is based on the sum of the cabinet and all its stored artifacts.
